FileNotFoundError when creating a new XSL stylesheet #1
Description
When a new stylesheet is created based on a previous file, a FileNotFoundError is raised in some cases.
This happens when a new stylesheet is created for a journal that never had a custom XSLT before, because the journal directory doesn't exist in the filesystem.
