"Reports" was previously piloted with external users and is currently not supported. Until a decision is made about whether BI will develop the feature further, we should remove any information pointing to the Reports from OpenSAFELY Docs.

Should be moved to the team manual. Current suggestion is to tack on to this section with text added, along the lines of 'Previously piloted process for external users was detailed as below'
