Use GitHub issue labels for easier filtering and contribution

Hi maintainers,

I noticed that the issues in this repository currently don’t have any labels. Adding labels like bug, enhancement, help wanted, or good first issue can make it easier for contributors (especially newcomers like me) to navigate and contribute effectively.

I have read the "about default labels section" from Github document section.
