Stray reference to the old GitLab repository in Documentation/Help/Welcome/Readme.md #11

Description

@g-galante

Documentation/Help/Welcome/Readme.md still references the (seemingly) old GitLab repository https://gitlab.com/OpenTAP/Plugins/keysight/sshsteps. Such an idea is suggested by the reference to the GitHub repository https://github.com/opentap/SSH on the SSH package page:

In addition, the GitLab repository contains the source code for the old SSH package version 0.3.0 as shown in sshsteps/.gitversion, and (self) references the (same) GitLab repository in sshsteps/OpenTap.Plugins.Ssh/package.xml, so, it's definitely not the source code for the package published on the SSH package page.

A cross check on the GitHub repository is unfortunately not possible because it's not reachable, possibly because it's not public. For sure, no repository containing an SSH package is published on the OpenTAP GitHub organization public repositories, so it's not just a typo:

If this is actually the case, and somebody with administrative privileges makes the the GitHub repository public, I can volunteer to:
