Beta test the crowd-depth Signal K plugin

The crowd-depth Signal K plugin is ready for beta testers. This plugin collects depth soundings from your boat's depth sounder and shares them with the community with the hopes of improving nautical charts.

Installing the plugin

1. Manually install the plugin on your Signal K server (it's not published in the appstore yet, but will be after the beta):

   cd ~/.signalk
   npm install crowd-depth@beta

2. Restart your Signal K server.

3. Configure the plugin by visiting Server => Plugin Config => Crowd Depth in the Signal K admin UI.
