This got a start in #75, but needs to be turned into a larger enterprise. This milestone would be complete when: - [ ] Evidence coverage test: There exists a unit test under DataIntegrityTests that walks through all the facts in the DB, looks up what evidence supports it, and finds at least some evidence for every fact - [ ] Evidence quality test: There exists a unit test under DataIntegrityTests that checks all evidence in the DB and ensures that it is filled out to a minimum standard of quality (i.e. there is at least a title, there is at least some kind of link to the material) - [ ] High quality evidence is actually added to the DB to pass the evidence coverage and evidence quality tests - [ ] Incorporate into a new release of PyOpenWorm
