allow adding a message to a checkpoint

Context

Flashtype doesn't have a feature to attach a conversation/comment to a checkpoint.

Proposal

Allow adding a comment to a checkpoint to describe what the checkpoint is about.

A simple solution is prob to also let createCheckpoint in the lix sdk attach a conversation.
