Missing VC++ Redistributable for image engine on fedora

Hi,
I followed instruction on Linux Fedora , It showing "Missing VC++ Redistributable
The image engine needs Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Re-run the Windows installer or download it from Microsoft." , how to fix?
