Changes:

• Update contract endpoint has been removed
• Collate contract signers endpoint has been removed
• Healing contract account endpoint has been added
• Inconsistent usage of vault/turing has been replaced with turret
• authkey has been entirely removed
• turrets list has been removed from upload contract endpoint
