Detach window, algorithm and processor

The decision to link the processor, algorithm and window at registration time is blocking some capabilities.

Instead, algorithms and windows should be declared separately, and then 'linked'.

Processors should not be exposed to the user - it is an unnecessary abstraction.

Once this is in play, the toolboxes would just define algorithms. It would be down to users to define the windows that trigger then, and then link those windows to the algorithms (via the remote algo functionality).
