CSI cameras on CM4 and Pi5

The CM4 and Pi5 have multiple CSI camera ports.
This means camera auto-detection seemingly doesn't work.
So you need to manually tell the Pi what camera to use on what port.

1. comment out

#camera_auto_detect=1
...
#dtparam=i2c_arm=on

2. add appropriate directives

3. if using multiple cameras, append "cam" + index
