On our CSC hosted JupterHub VRE, we have the ability to create custom images containing software and environments that you need for your research pipeline.
R, Python, and Julia users what packages can you not live without? (Upload your environment .yml or pixi shell-hooks if you have them)
Desktop application users what are your favorite applications?
