Forge Space visibility update: production lead-readiness green + collaborator call

We just closed a full production hardening cycle and wanted to share concrete progress with the community.

Shipped proof this week

• Production lead-readiness smoke is green (signup -> confirmation -> onboarding -> first generation -> settings/billing smoke)
• Generation endpoints now return the correct unauth contract (401 instead of 500)
• Roadmap mobile overflow issue is fixed and validated in production smoke

Why this matters
