Question about transportation network source

when using the transportation layer I often see as sources for a segment: OpenStreetMap. But, TomTom being a member of Overture, I wondered why their (road) network is not used as the source for segments and junctions.

Hi chrit-cgi. We do include TomTom data in the transportation theme. You can view all the data sources by theme on the attribution and licensing page in the docs.

But the reason for my question is that I often see at a specific segment as source OSM so, I wondered is this OSM or TomTom? That's definitely OSM data. TomTom data is a small percentage of the transportation data we release each month. If you'd like to see more TomTom data in the transportation theme -- for all the reasons you state above -- please create a separate feature request! Thanks.
