Add Noindex and "Do not include in sitemap.xml" options

It's common to have pages you don't want indexed or included in the sitemap.xml

The convenience of having a "noindex" toggle to do this right from the settings tab would be awesome!

You're right. It would be helpful.
Now you have to edit robot.txt to exclude the page from scrawling.
