Navigation breadcrumb in the default theme

The same as in the dashboard:

but in the navigation bar. I believe it's a must have for a good usability.

Also these navigation links at the bottom of the page

could be floating

There will be soon a new standard theme that includes this feature already out of the box along with many other new features.
