Evidence-Driven Agent Operations and Portable Project Graphs

Workspai 0.66.0 turns adopted repositories into more precise, portable, and
operational agent environments. Each project receives its own verified Graph
projection and only the Skills its evidence can justify, while the canonical
workspace retains the complete aggregate Model and Graph for cross-project
reasoning.

What's New:

• Project-owned Graph artifacts with exact freshness, integrity, rollback, and
  workspace-aggregate references across linked and nested projects.
• Evidence-driven operational Skills that explain why they exist, expose
  bounded commands and Graph queries, and suppress irrelevant workflows.
• Adaptive, stratified project lenses that preserve high-value architecture
  evidence without letting large API or symbol surfaces dominate context.
• Modern and legacy MCP interoperability with structured content, stable
  schemas, explicit protocol errors, and proof-backed Graph retrieval.
• Broader polyglot lifecycle and framework discovery plus hardened concurrent,
  cross-platform adoption, caching, qualification, and runtime diagnostics.

Compatibility: Existing version-one Workspace Intelligence, Model, Graph,
Goal, MCP, and agent-entry contracts remain supported. New project Graph
references, Skill decisions, MCP fields, and evidence summaries are additive.
No public command is removed.
