Revision-Bound Live Evidence and Governed Agent Recovery

Workspai 0.68.0 connects observed execution with canonical workspace evidence
through bounded, typed references that preserve revision identity without
turning activity into verification authority. It also strengthens linked-project
repair planning for CLI, IDE, and agent consumers.

What's New:

• Typed Live evidence bindings for artifacts, projects, Graph entities,
  relations, and proofs across event, monitor, and Board projections.
• Exact graphSourceHash identity on bounded Graph search results for
  revision-safe IDE overlays and agent correlation.
• Conservative artifact-to-stage attribution that refuses to fabricate a link
  during concurrent or ambiguous execution.
• Deterministic validation, deduplication, ordering, and bounded propagation of
  evidence references through the Live projection pipeline.
• Workspace-scoped Repair actions remain available when their blocker evidence
  identifies an affected linked project.

Compatibility: Existing version-one Workspace Intelligence, Model, Graph,
Goal, MCP, Repair, Skill, project-entry, and Live contracts remain supported.
All new evidence-binding and Graph revision fields are additive and optional for
older producers. No public command is removed.
