Runtime-Truth Repair and Workspace-Aware Qualification

Workspai 0.72.0 makes repair eligibility a proven property of the current
environment, collapses polyglot lifecycle execution to real workspace ownership
boundaries, and improves architecture retrieval and Doctor applicability in
large framework monorepos.

What's New:

• Repair plans expose typed executable requirements, launchability, blocking
  reasons, retry boundaries, and one canonical next action for CLI, Studio, and
  agent consumers.
• Missing host runtimes block dependent remediation steps before execution and
  cannot trigger a same-generation retry loop.
• Node, pnpm, and Cargo workspace manifests own their matching members, avoiding
  duplicate install and fetch commands across a monorepo.
• Nested registered projects are not executed again through an aggregate parent,
  and embedded eval, benchmark, test-data, and fixture manifests are excluded
  from lifecycle discovery.
• Framework detection no longer promotes a private workspace root from
  tooling-only development dependencies, while Workspai-managed linked metadata
  is refreshed when canonical detection changes.
• Graph retrieval resolves evidence and paths inside the requested project scope
  and prefers authored source over compiled, generated, vendored, fixture, and
  test-data matches unless the query explicitly requests those surfaces.
• Doctor records frontend application-only probes as not applicable for
  libraries, SDKs, platforms, plugins, and monorepo roots instead of proposing
  irrelevant application repairs.
• Strict PCC verification exits with the documented evidence-blocked status
  when the change remains blocked.

Compatibility: Existing version-one Model, Graph, Goal, Decisions, PCC,
Live, MCP, Repair, and agent contracts remain supported. The new remediation
fields are additive. No public command, flag, or artifact path is removed.
