Reliable Polyglot Intelligence and Bounded Agent Context

Workspai 0.73.0 strengthens the complete adoption-to-agent loop across large
and nested polyglot repositories. Framework detection, project topology, Graph
retrieval, Goal and Change addressing, and bounded consumer context now remain
consistent when repositories overlap, callers run outside project directories,
or canonical Graph evidence contains more findings than an agent lens can hold.

What's New:

• Node.js retrieval treats JavaScript and TypeScript as one runtime family and
  ranks direct authored identities above generated or incidental matches.
• Aggregate repositories no longer infer false dependency cycles through their
  explicitly registered nested project boundaries.
• Explicit Workspace, Goal, and Change scopes work from CI, IDE, MCP, and other
  external callers without artificial current-directory coupling.
• Project Agent Context enforces its existing 16-diagnostic budget without
  losing canonical evidence: retained findings stay deterministic and a final
  diagnostic points consumers to the complete Workspace Graph set.
• Managed adoption metadata is refreshed from live repository evidence, and a
  Vitest-only Node SDK is no longer promoted to a Vite application.
• Contributor routing is machine-readable and freshness-checked, while
  path-aware and daily-reused CI avoids unrelated heavyweight validation.
• Security workflows use explicit least-privilege permissions and the patched
  fast-uri dependency.

Compatibility: Existing version-one Model, Graph, Goal, Decisions, PCC,
Live, MCP, Repair, Doctor, and agent contracts remain supported. The Project
Agent Context diagnostic ceiling is unchanged; producers now enforce it and
preserve a pointer to the complete canonical evidence. No public command, flag,
schema version, or artifact path is removed.
