Safer Adoption and Reliable Agent Evidence

Workspai 0.75.1 improves adoption recovery, source provenance, and governed
agent attachment for existing repositories without changing public contracts.

What's New:

• Choose a safe parent workspace during interactive adoption; automation
  retains its existing managed-default behavior.
• Bootstrap an explicitly selected empty workspace directory, with rollback
  if adoption fails and no conversion of unrelated non-empty directories.
• Follow adoption progress without polluting JSON or non-interactive output.
• Request lifecycle help without starting runtime commands or readiness writes.
• Keep generated files identifiable even without optional polyglot analysis,
  preserving authored-source search priority.
• Use portable evidence paths for Agent Framework plans and effect receipts
  in externally adopted projects.
• Keep cross-platform adoption verification stable across canonical macOS path
  aliases and transient Windows filesystem locks.

Compatibility: Existing commands, schema versions, managed-default
automation, and framework admission policy remain supported. No upstream
framework kit or application dependency is rewritten.
