Dynamically create users and groups

Hello dear Cibseven users i have small project i am working on. it is a simple workflow where i parse excel file and create tasks based on excel column, this project requiers of having multiple groups and lots of users i have test data users in my json file and groups and was wondering if it is possible to create those users and groups dynamically with script for example to parse excel data i use external task with nodejs script where i import camunda-external-task-client-js but in its documentation i could not find functionality to create or delete users/groups.
