Help Integrating Karrio into My Logistics Platform (Non-Technical Founder)

Hi Karrio Team,

My name is Vijindran, and I’m the founder of a global logistics platform called VCanship. I’m not a technical developer myself, but I’m deeply involved in building a user-friendly shipping experience for freight forwarders, carriers, and individual shippers.

I already have live API keys from Shippo and SeaRates, and I’m exploring how Karrio can help me unify these services and expand into new ones—especially baggage shipping, which is a key offering in my app.

I’d love your advice on:

Whether Karrio Cloud can help me access baggage shipping rates through supported carriers

How I can use Karrio to simplify my integrations without needing deep technical setup

Whether you offer onboarding support for non-technical founders like me

My goal is to make VCanship look and feel like it was built by a top-tier logistics team, and I’m hoping Karrio can be part of that journey.

This is indeed a use case that falls into karrio's purview. Karrio can be integrated with those platforms to give you a centralized control point.

As long as the carrier supports baggage, karrio is designed to be programmable and access all the features (services, options, packaging type...) offered by their APIs

How I can use Karrio to simplify my integrations without needing deep technical setup

This is indeed the vision of Karrio Cloud to offer you a dedicated multi-tenant karrio instance that you can whitelabel and use as a foundation for your custom shipping system. That said, we are still in active development and are exclusively working with design partners and early adopters who have taken a bet on us. At this stage, you will still need a dev team to support your integrations and customization work. Karrio Cloud is not yet at a level where a non-technical person can spin up and configure out of the box (That is the ultimate goal).

Though the team is finally growing beyond just (@danh91 😅), we are still a small team, so we have limited spots for new customers as we provide the integrations and customization work ourselves.

This would be our privilege and fits perfectly with the solution we are bringing to the industry. However, we are a non-funded small team behind the project, thus the limited spots.

I’d love to schedule a discovery call to explore how VCanship could become one of your early design partners. My goal is to create a seamless, globally relevant shipping experience—especially around baggage shipping—and I believe Karrio could be a powerful part of that foundation.

While I’m not a developer myself, I work closely with my engineering team and handle product logic, onboarding flows, and UI/UX direction. I’m happy to collaborate on integration planning and help shape the kind of non-technical onboarding experience you’re aiming for.
