When the forced rerouting was triggered, was the loppback adapter executing any movement commands? Forced rerouting should only be used when the vehicle is not moving.

How can I perform a reroute while a vehicle is executing an active Drive Order? The vehicle is not in the IDLE state during most of the Drive Order execution, so how is rerouting expected to work in this situation? so Generally reroute concept is made for the transport order with more than one drive order?

There is no problem with rerouting during a drive order per se. What you should avoid is a forced rerouting while the vehicle is moving.
