Legacy data detected

Hi. After a successful installation, when I open a fresh scene, I see a warning icon and the message: “Legacy data detected” in the plugin tab. There is another message below: “You must migrate your .blend file and then save it.”

What does this mean? I tried looking through the documentation, but I couldn’t find any information about it.

@gryzka do you get this when you reset blender to factory defaults? Maybe you saved your blender start up .blend file with the old rig instance scene data key in it?

Currently, this is all it checks for. We could make some improvements to better guard against this false positive. Ill make a note.

Yes, I reset Blender to its factory settings and reinstalled Character DNA (0.7.0), but I still see the “Legacy data detected” warning in the plugin toolbar.

I’m using Blender 4.5.4 LTS.
