Missing functionality from specutils

What does Molly do that specutils cannot do? It would be great to compile a list so we can make a Molly replacement

Functions that we might want to reproduce/rewrite:

barb: arbitrarily broaden spectra.
rbroad: apply rotational broadening.

back: back projects + plot.
bckfil: back-projection filter.
bfilt: band-pass filter.

fcal: apply flux calibration.

pbin: phase bin.

vbin: rebin onto velocity scale.

mgfit: multiple gaussian fits.

orbit: orbit solution.

xcor: cross-correlates spectra.
rvel: measure radial velocities.

In general, most data reduction and plotting tools can be implemented using other software, therefore we are focusing on analysis tools.

trail: plot trailed spectrum

Grouping/storing/manipulating large number of spectra simultaneously.

We could compare it with the Molly output to double check

Just noting for posterity - we aren't keeping plotting or data read in stuff and data reduction is lower priority (we are not sure we want to keep it but may revisit this)
