Vite 7 Support

If I'm not mistaken, this plugin and Vite 7 are no longer compatible. Is there any plan to support the newest version of Vite?

@AlexThurston the plugin works fine with Vite 7.
However, I’ve just tested it with Vite 8 beta (with Rolldown support), and it doesn’t seem to work. The host fails to access the micro-app’s remoteEntry, and I’m seeing the following error:

I’m slightly concerned this plugin could become obsolete with the Vite v8 upgrade.
