In our documentation it is currently not documented that the /usr/share/grub/unicode.pf2 path must exist in the container for the bootc-generic-iso as the org.osbuild.grub2.iso stage unconditionally tries to copy it.
The same goes for /usr/lib/grub/i386-pc (provided by grub2-pc-modules) and potentially more.
This normally comes from the grub2-tools package.
