Add API Key Generation and Management in User Settings

As a user, I want to generate and manage API keys within my account settings to securely access API features.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users can access an API key management section within user settings.
• Users can generate new API keys with a single click.
• The generated API keys are displayed securely with an option to reveal them.
• Users can revoke or delete existing API keys.
• Proper confirmation prompts are provided for sensitive actions such as key revocation.
• API keys can be assigned specific permissions if applicable.
