Implement Download Options for Reports (PDF/JSON)

As a user, I need the ability to download reports in either PDF or JSON format for sharing or further processing.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A download button is available on the report page.
• Users can select between PDF and JSON formats before initiating the download.
• The downloaded files are formatted correctly and contain all necessary data.
• Downloads start and complete without errors.
• Users receive feedback confirming the success or failure of the download.
