Configurable avatars

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Ability for users to set their profile and group pictures.

**Additional context**
Since the current group data and username change forms are very basic, they are in need of a refactor. Using shadcn with react-hook-forms comes to mind, but I am open to other solutions.
