What versions do we need exactly to run this project?

I am trying to setup in windows and there is no version written

In Python every freaking version breaks older code which I hate the most

So what version of everything I need to run this app?

also Python 2.7 doesn't have SSL and pip so I had to install 2.7.9

Could anyone direct me to other necessary things to be installed?

I would also be interested in knowing what versions other people are using to get this to work. Been running into dependency issues all day
