Categorize gripes via emojis

In order for users to see the content they want, we want to implement filtering by a feeling, or in this case, an emoji.

We'll need to determine what/how many emojis we want for this and then implement that process.

@dylansheffer will handle the prototyping but the implementation can be handled by anyone.

• Curate list of reaction emojis
• Determine which emojis can be used for filtering

Personally, I want 🤔 as an emoji categorization

@TGiles do you know if there's also a plan for tag-based categorization? For example, maybe I want to see all of the #Windows gripes.

We don't have plans for it yet, but I think it's a good idea, but probably not the MVP. You could put in an issue for it and tag it as a feature request.
