Kills IMEI on Cellular iPad 3

Ran the bypass as the IMEI starts with 9900 and there is an activation issue regarding that imei series. Now the iPad has no IMEI and is causing issues with the iPad

What issues exactly does this cause? Most likely, IMEI returns after a reflash, and on bypassed devices you don't need it anyway, since the cellular functionality is already broken.

just reflash the device with latest ipsw, and it will get back to the activation lock screen
