• Expand context between diff hunks #15
• File tree sidebar with filter #13
• Hunk jumping: ]c/[c to jump between REVIEW comments, ]h/[h between diff hunks
• Half-page scroll: Ctrl-d/Ctrl-u within a file
• Staleness guard: banner when the diff looks like a completely different revision (majority of files appeared/disappeared)
• Repo name in page title
• Better context display: change description, author

Loving skepsis so far! here's another:

• file + line-number anchor navigation so you can deeplink to a line in the diff, similar to this

Can we bundle this as a binary package (maybe Deno or Bun does this, I'm not sure) instead of cloning the repo and calling node by myself? Also, it would be great if we distributed it via package managers like npm, uv or brew, etc.
