Feature request: Support command-line usage

I'd love to be able to automate this as part of a CI/CD process; to do that, I need to be able to call this from the command-line.

+1 from another one of our end users:

 Is it possible to have an external script like a Jenkins build pipeline or other trigger the translation package builder to create a package and generate a new milestone? 
 A company with hundreds of maps would like to automate the process as much as possible. thanks for any advice.
