Need Dialog to support scrolling.

Currently the lib is only good for few options, adding too many and the entire height of the screen i used up.

It should be possible to set a Max height, or probably better a number of items displayed on which height is then calculated from so that the scrolling area doesn't clip a setting when we are still unscrolled, this is also more relevant due scale, reducing the space available.

Gonna see if I can squeeze this in before the next release, which I want to release during this weekend in preparation of the prepatch.

This didn't make it to v13, it requires a half-way rewrite of how each setting is rendered to support a vertical view within a scroll box within a vertical view, and that's not that easy 😛.

I'll look into it again once Blizzard stops shitting out multiple game releases in a month.
