Option to auto pick skips

Don't know if it's possible, but would love an option to auto pick the skip options with quests.

It's possible for the most part, but it requires building a database of gossip IDs for every one of them, there are no indication that I can reliably use to tell if a gossip is for skipping or not other than reading part of the gossip text (which is not unique and would require translation work).

For the quest gossip there are flags alongside the gossip info that I was able to use, but there's no such thing for skips.
