What is WERR?

WERR is an ultra-lightweight, 0-byte tensor memory alternative to LLMs for agentic tool routing and System-1 reflex decisions. Instead of multi-gigabyte weight tensors and expensive GPU inference, WERR relies on deterministic 24-byte coordinate seeds projected onto chaotic Mandelbrot fractal escape boundaries.
