we should allow links to have custom icons instead of favicons
- the config type will need to be updated to allow "iconUrl" to link to an icon
- we should also allow emoji icons in addition to urls ("iconEmoji")
- the user should be able to pick an emoji icon with an emoji picker
- the favicons should still be default
