Negative RH

the RS_homogenized script sometimes produces profiles containing some levels with negative RH, apparently due to interpolation errors?

same problem with wind speed variable, sometimes there are negative values in the 2-4 lower layers

moreover, Temperature profiles in the lowest 1-3 layers can be extrapolated to extreme values e.g. 207K or 314K in some cases for the same station.
