multimeta API endpoint does not work with the hydro_files ensemble

When run against the hydro_files ensemble, the multimeta API endpoint returns no data.

This ensemble contains three files describing the physical geometry of the Peace Watershed. Unlike every other dataset we have, they do not have any time component; possibly that lack is confusing a query run in the execution of the multimeta API?

I'm not sure if we really need to fix this. At present, no application uses a multimeta view of this ensemble. But it's odd.

Are there any other non-temporal data files that we manage, or might likely manage?

Not as far as I know.
