When the user zooms out from the map several times with a colour-coded indicator displayed, a second colour-coded blob appears up in the arctic. I think this is a weird side effect of trying to render a BC Albers map outside the region where it is defined.
Perhaps something like adding a defined window to the leaflet configuration might fix it?
Not a very high priority. Only shows up if a user zooms way out, and unlikely to confuse users.
