TEST-04: maze_analyzer.py QA gate for both modes

Run maze_analyzer.py against a batch of generated outputs (varied sizes/seeds) for both PERFECT=True and PERFECT=False, fixing any failures.

Acceptance criteria: analyzer reports coherent encoding and correct mode classification across all sampled outputs.
