I've never tried running this on Windows. My suggestion would be to try using a VM into a Linux distribution.

I have try the compile procedure in windows, but error reported..

When developing this project, I had used Dare to retarget Dalvik to Java Bytecode, which I do not know how to compile in Windows.

As for the error message, it looks like it's coming from WALA, so I would suggest looking there for resources on how to get it to compile.

I should inform you that I haven't worked on this project for at least 4 years, hence getting it to work might require some extra effort. So, I suggest you also look into newer tools like FlowDroid that solves the similar (and more general) problem of taint analysis.
