feature request: see who signed up for a shift

Problem Description / Use Case

Hi, thanks for creating this, I am hoping to be able to use this at my football club. However, either I am missing it, or the feature isn't there - how can I see which user signed up for a shift? At the moment, as the owner of a calendar, I only see the shifts, but not who is going to do the shift.

Show who has signed up for a particular shift.

Youre not using the calendar as I have planned it :D

The calendar owner is the one that the calendar belongs to. So if you assign a shift the calendar owner is the one that it belongs to. Create new calendars with different users as calendar owners or give all calendars a unique name in order to create a shift plan for multiple users.
You can share all calendars either by token link or personal access via user account.

All of your users either need separate accounts or you have to give all your calendars a unique name.

Thanks for replying. What I did is: with the admin user I created a calendar, which I shared with another user I added (myself, with a different e-mail address). I've added shifts to that calendar as both users, but as the admin/calendar creator, I only see the shifts, not who added them. Maybe I am misunderstanding something here?

There is no provision for two users to share a calendar and use it together (and thus show who owns which appointment). It is intended that the user who created the calendar is also the one who owns it or to whom the shifts apply.

You would like a new feature that allows two people to work on one calendar so that two shift schedules can be covered with one calendar, right? I don't really know how to implement or display this, except by naming the shifts accordingly (panteL: early shift; user2: early shift, for example).

Yes, kind of like seeing meetings in Outlook calendar, where you see people who accepted. We have bar shifts for example, but that's always a minimum of 2 people. Since we have more then 10 volunteers, we'd need to be able to see who signed up for the shift.

I currently have no time at all to work on this project unfortunately. But give me some weeks.
