Error in getParam function

Current behavior
the algorithm throw a error when the value expected is a String

Expected behavior
the algorithm must parser to string the value

Caused by:

String idExecutive = req.getParam("id_executive");
org.json.JSONException: JSONObject["id_executive"] not a string.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
