It is not clear from any of the documents whether passbolt can be used offline. I use a program called Sefirah, which uses Windows Cloud Files API to present my phone as a cloud drive. The intention is that I can put the password file on my phone (currently a .kdbx file), and use that on all my devices. Given that my phone is always on and designed for battery efficiency. Given that the KeyPass format is struggling to keep up with features of modern browsers (such as multiple URLs for one entry). Is an offline version of passbolt planned? Seems like it would not be a lot of work?
