Unable to resize or move the widget in Microsoft touch devices using chrome browser

Hi,

I am trying to test this plugin in chrome browser in my touchscreen laptop device running windows-10 OS.
I am unable to move and resize the widgets.
I tried in your demo url link also..it is not working.
Please let me know if any workaround/fix available?
