maker control files

Hello Patrick,

thank you for providing this very nice workflow.

I am having a problem finding the control files you mention on your protocol.
"MAKER uses control files. Included in this directory are example control files modified to use only ab inito gene models generated by GeneMark-ES"

Where are those control files?

I know that one can generate those with $ ~/maker -CTL, but I reckon you did some modifications for the usage of GeneMark that I am not familiar. Those files would be very useful.
